We loved the hotel's location as it was near a famous food market and easy to navigate this city. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the hotel provided parking which made our stay much more convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bustling food market and is easily accessible to shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable for families, with good air conditioning and helpful little amenities such as towels and coffee provided. The hotel offers parking, which is a plus.
Some aspects of the hotel experience, such as the maintenance of towels and cleanliness of common areas, could be improved.

Over the Christmas holiday, I had a wonderful stay at a hotel with great value for money. The spacious family room was perfect for my family of four, with comfortable beds and plenty of room to move around. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore the city and access shopping and dining options. Plus, the hotel provided parking, giving us peace of mind for our rental car.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The towels provided were old and in need of replacement, with a persistent musty smell.

The location and quality of this hotel is exceptional. Close to central KL and with great shopping close by. Aircond was cold enough. Mineral water and coffee sachets provided inside the room. TV channels are also varieties. Nearby has many shops and eateries. Spacious room. Enough bed for 5 pax. Refrigerator and hot drink. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable for me during my business trip. I especially liked the fridge and the coffee maker provided in the room which were very convenient during my short stay. The hotel's location was also one of the best aspects of my stay. It was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy for me to get around and explore the area in my free time. there were several dining options nearby, which was a great advantage for me.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I disliked. The bathroom sink was a bit outdated and had a few broken tiles, which could pose a hazard.
